I wish this time will be different is a level design for the game Doom.
In this level, the player control a supposed adventurer in a quest for a treasure inside an underground temple ruin.
The player can find path leading to nowhere, random secrets and triggers without explanations. With a simple narration, we understand that the character doesn’t really want to progress and just find excuses to walk in circle.
There is purposely no end to this level.
